Shihezi University, the second-largest educational institution in Xinjiang province, traces its origins back to September 1949 when it was established during the People’s Liberation Army’s campaign to liberate Xinjiang. Initially known as Shihezi Agricultural College and Shihezi Medical College, it merged with the Teachers College of the Corps and the Corps Economic College in April 1996. This amalgamation formed the foundation of what is now known as Shihezi University. Recognized as a prominent Double First Class University in China, it holds the status of being a key participant in the national “211 Project,” which focuses on the construction of top-tier universities and colleges in the western region of the country.

Shihezi University Fee Structure for Pakistani and International Students 2024:
MBBS Duration = 06 years (5 years Medical study+1 year internship)
Degree Awarding = MBBS (English Medium)
Note: Student Must have Minimum 60% Marks in FSC (Pre-Medical)/A-Levels. Student must be under the age of 25 for Bachelor Degree. Interview will be conducted by NXMU university officials, after successful interview university will issue Provisional Admission Letter.

Hostel fee mentioned above is standard hostel fee. If student would like to change the type of accommodation he/she will need to pay charges according to fee schedule. First semester hostel fee depends upon remaining days in semester.
Upon receiving the pre-admission letter, student must promptly remit the management and admission charges to regional admission office and must pay the tuition fee to university bank account.
The fee charges doesn’t cover the expenses of books stationary, dorm deposit fee, air ticket or any other personal charges.
All charges paid are non-refundable.
Student must abide by all Chinese laws and university rules and regulations.
